Vincent James is a writer who combines his experiences as a former therapist and former teacher to write mindfulness meditation exercises, mindfulness poetry and the novel Beautiful Joy. With a passion for great coffee, delicious pizza and fine wine, Vincent aims to replicate the comfort, relief and satisfaction you experience when consuming your favorite food or drink in your favorite places with the people you love through the written word.
